Perez, 42, lead the 148.9 kilometer fifth and final stage which began at the El Pueblo grounds in Roxas City and ended at the Pandan Bay Institute. Mancebo placed fourth in 2005 at the Tour de France. He emerged victorious now with his first title after winning Tour of Egypt four years ago with a time of 19:26:30.
“I’m so happy it was over and we won,” said Mancebo. “The team, not just myself, worked hard to make this win happen, it was really team work.”
Ronald Oranza, last year’s king of the road during the LBC Ronda 2018 feels happy for his time. He finished second overall but he’s still the best Filipino rider after he clocked 3:20 behind Mancebo.

Part of Mancebo’s prize as this year’s Grand Champ at the Ronda Pilipinas 2019 is a four hundred thousand pesos worth of Boy Kanin kiosk franchise.
